About our reporting

We are committed to keeping our communities and shareholders up to date on the activity of the business. This annual report is produced to do this and meet the expectations of German regulatory bodies. This follows Springer Nature’s listing on the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Prime Standard) in October 2024. In prior years, we have told the story of our business and year through two reports: an annual progress report, since 2021, and a sustainable/responsible business report since 2017.
